TDP-10 Recycled Foam Production Line
Recycled foam is an environmentally friendly material, which is obtained by processing and regenerating waste foam. The recycled foam production line usually includes the following steps: Raw material preparation: Waste foam is collected and sorted, impurities are removed, and then it is sent to a shredder for crushing. Material processing: The crushed foam is sent into the mixing mixer and mixed with recycled materials, additives and stabilizers to make recycled foam raw materials. Foam foaming: The recycled foam raw materials are put into the foam machine, which is heated and compressed to make it expand into foam blocks. Cutting and foaming: The foam block is put into the cutting machine to be cut into various specifications, such as seat cushions, pillows, cushions, etc.
