It employs an automatic digital control worktable that is equipped with a suction device, which significantly enhances friction and adsorption during the cutting process, thereby ensuring a high level of accuracy. Users can easily set the desired thickness and foam density directly on the touchscreen interface. Once these parameters are input, the worktable will automatically proceed to cut the foam to the specified size. The band knife angle is adjustable, ranging from 0° to 5°, allowing for versatility in the cutting process to cater to various needs. For those working with thicker foam, an additional pressure roller device can be utilized. This device is instrumental in preventing any unwanted sliding of the foam, thus ensuring that the thickness of each cut is precise and consistent.
